Cuccinelli Impersonator Hired By Liberal Super PAC Causes Stir At Virgina Beach Aquarium
Just in case the real candidates for Virginia governor haven’t caused enough controversy on their own, now a fake one has jumped into the fray.
A man hired by a liberal super PAC to impersonate Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli II caused a stir at a Virginia Beach aquarium last weekend, prompting a call to police and an indignant response from the Republican’s campaign.
While celebrating the Supreme Court Ruling on Prop 8, two of the plaintiffs, Kris Perry and Sandy Steir, were lucky enough to have a fuzzy speakerphone conversation with the commander-in-chief himself, Barack Obama. Comedian Jimmy Kimmel rushed and took it upon himself to decipher the message on his show.
Tim Warneke, a California-based Mitt Romney impersonator, is seen filming part of a satirical ad for the League of Conservation Voters supporting Democrat Ed Markey in the Massachusetts U.S. Senate special election. The scene was filmed in front of WGBY-TV studios before the Springfield debate between Markey and his Republican opponent Gabriel Gomez.
Sarah Palin impersonator Patti Lyons took the country by storm when in 2011, she stormed into Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington DC, and impersonated Sarah Palin so convincingly that the mainstream media, including the FOX News, ABC, and more interviewed her as the real Sarah Palin. The Associated Press tweeted that the real Sarah Palin had arrived unexpectedly at CPAC, and Lyons found herself a trending topic on Twitter, the top story on Yahoo! News, and the subject of dozens of original stories and thousands of reposts around the country.
A memorable Tweet on the day of CPAC 2011 from The Daily Caller's Dave Weigel:
Now, POLITICO has named Patti Lyons to the Top 10 CPAC Moments of All-Time, where she was ranked #3. Congratulations to Patti Lyons for this great accomplishment as a Sarah Palin impersonator.
From POLITICO's Kevin Cirilli: A Sarah Palin impersonator turned heads at the 2011 CPAC, and it wasn’t Tina Fey. Instead, it was Patti Lyons, a professional political impersonator who has appeared on NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

KNIX radio host of Ben & Matt in the Morning Ben Campbell, an accomplished voice impressionist with dozens of characters, lent his Barack Obama impression to ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live on behalf of Politicos Comedy Brigade on Friday. The comedy sketch on Jimmy Kimmel's popular late night show poked fun at a scene from George W. Bush's Presidential Library dedication, during which Barbara Bush and Barack Obama whispered back and forth while laughing during Condolleezza Rice's speech.

January 2012 Edition
Barack Obama impersonator Louis Ortiz featured in the January 2012 Edition of WASHINGTONIAN Magazine. Read more below.
Barack Obama impersonator Louis Ortiz made a prime time appearance on ESPN for the premiere of their new Deportes show Redes. Redes, hosted by sports journalist Barak Fever, makes history in that it is one of the very first social media driven television shows. The show, which made its premier on Inauguration day, featured Louis Ortiz as Barack Obama passing on the torch to another Barack, or "Barak" as the case may be. The video of the appearance is forthcoming, but in the meantime check out this photo of Obama impersonator Louis Ortiz on the ESPN set of Redes with Barak Fever.
Louis Ortiz, the world's best impersonator of President Barack Obama, continues to surge on the day of Mr. Obama's Second Inauguration.
An interview with Louis Ortiz by BBC was featured on the front page of BBC News throughout the evening, vaulting it to the #3 most watched video on the BBC News site, higher even than President Obama's oath of office, though it trails Beyonce's rendition of the National Anthem by one spot. Ortiz was also featured by BBC News on their Inauguration Timeline.
Louis Ortiz, the world's best Barack Obama impersonator, spent Inauguration Day on the National Mall in Washington, DC where he was a guest of the media in the Inauguration Press Box. Ortiz did live interviews with ABC, C-SPAN, BBC, Al-Jazeera, FOX Washington, WTTG, and many others.
After greeting the media, Louis Ortiz stood by as Barack Obama was sworn in as President of the United States before hundreds of thousands of onlookers.
All of us at Politicos Comedy Brigade congratulate Louis Ortiz and wish him the best during the next four years of his Presidency.
